Veteran linebacker James Harrison announced on Monday that he is retiring out of his NFL career after 16 years.

Harrison announced his retirement through Instagram claiming he has;

“missed way too much for way too long…and I’m done. Many thanks to my family, coaches, the fans, and everyone who played a role in my football life.”

This is not the first time Harrison has called it quits, per Bleacher Report.

The first time Harrison announced his retirement, he was out for over two weeks and the signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers in September 2014.
