49ers Dre Greenlaw questionable for Week 6 at Browns

The San Francisco 49ers enter Week 6 with most of its players ready to go, as the only starter in question is Dre Greenlaw.
The 49ers linebacker has been listed as questionable for Sunday’s clash with the Cleveland Browns. Greenlaw picked up a hamstring injury this week, unable to practice in any capacity. The versatile linebacker has also been dealing with a lingering ankle injury for much of the season, playing through it to this point.
While the new injury is definitely a cause for concern, the 49ers feel confident that the player could feature on gameday despite not practicing all week.
“Definitely,” coach Kyle Shanahan said to the media Friday.
Dre Greenlaw, 26, has been a staple of health for the Red. & Gold, playing in 15 regular season games last season. If he were to miss Week 6, it would be his first all season.

Joining Greenlaw on the injury report is running back Elijah Mitchell, also questionable with a knee injury. The ballcarrier made his return to practice for the first time in two weeks Thursday. He has missed three of the five contests this season.
The Browns are also dealing with injuries, as quarterback Deshaun Watson (shoulder) and left guard Joel Bitonio (knee) have already been ruled out for Week 6. Additionally, tight end David Njoku (hand, face) and center Ethan Pocic (chest, knee, foot) are listed as questionable.
