Hour 1

In the first hour of the Lo-Down Damien and Jason started the show talking about the Kings loss to the Wizards last now, and how the playoff hopes for the Kings are dwindling down.  They also talked about the situation in Utah between Russell Westbrook and a fan.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.

Hour 2

In the second hour of show the guys continued talking about the situation and what the NBA, Teams, Players, and Fans should do about interactions between players and fans. They also took some phone calls from listeners with their thoughts on the situation.  The guys then finished the hour talking about NFL Free Agency.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.

Hour 3

In the final hour of the Lo-Down Damien and Jason talk about the Kings season so far, and what should be considered a “succesful” season for the team.  The guys also talked some more NFL Free Agency, and Charlie Casserly’s strange thoughts on the Cowboys.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.
