NBA Reveals 2018-19 Opening Week National TV Schedule

The 2018-19 NBA season is getting closer and closer.

The NBA has announced the opening week’s national TV schedule, as well as the Christmas Day and Martin Luther King Jr. day games. Open day on Oct. 16 will begin with a doubleheader on TNT. The doubleheader will feature the Boston Celtic hosting the Philadelphia 76ers and the defending NBA Champion Golden State Warriors at home against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

There will be five game taking place on Christmas Day. With LeBron James and the LA Lakers visiting the Warriors. That game will be broadcast on both ESPN and ABC.

As for MLK Day, there will be a triple header exclusively on TNT. Games include the Memphis Grizzlies hosting the New Orleans Pelicans; The Houston Rockets will visit the 76ers in Philadelphia; and the Warriors at the Lakers.
