This week on The Carmichael Dave Show with JayMarzz, former NFL quarterback Sean Salisbury joined the show for his weekly recap of football action around the league.
After dropping a huge game against the rival Seattle Seahawks and suffering an ankle injury that will keep him sidelined for several weeks, questions have been raised regarding current San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo’s future with the franchise.
According to Salisbury, its possible that the 49ers could look at making a quarterback change before the 2021 season:
