According to Bleacher Report and several other sources, the Orlando Magic are looking to package their #15 pick along with forward Aaron Gordon to move up in next week’s draft.

The Kings …….well they’re in the lottery, could/should this be a good move?

YouTube video

Gordon is 25,  and most know him from his insanely athletic abilities on display in dunk contests. But he’s also a gifted 3/4 as well. A hamstring injury slowed him last year, but its important to remember he just turned 25 in September, there’s a lot of improvement to be had.

The dream move would be to trade the 12 and Harrison Barnes for Gordon and the 15, but that likely would be a no from the Magic. So the question then becomes, do you trade Buddy Hield and the 12 for Gordon and 15, then look to move Barnes and re-sign Bogdan Bogdanovic?

That would give the Kings  a (projected) starting lineup of:

  • De’Aaron Fox
  • Bogdan Bogdanovic
  • Aaron Gordon
  • Marvin Bagley III
  • Richaun Holmes

Would love to know what you think. Leave your comments below……
