The Oakland Athletics continue to roll out more and more fan-friendly promotions. It started with the opening of the very successful Treehouse in left center field, and has now snowballed into the plethora of new promotions that the franchise just recently announced.

As the young Oakland A’s team continues to excel on the field, the franchise is making it more affordable to grab a seat inside the Coliseum. But it doesn’t just stop at affordable. The Athletics front office has continued to push fan-enjoyment and desire over the organization’s bottom line.

Specifically within the Treehouse, the A’s announced multiple daily promotions with cant-miss deals:

Mustache Mondays: Fans in attendance with mustaches (real or fake) get drinks half off.

Taco Tuesdays: Taco trucks and and half-price Don Julio cocktails.

Whiskey Wednesday: Half-priced Bulleit cocktails.

Thirsty Thursdays: If the A’s are winning, all drinks are half off.

On top of that, the A’s are awarding two free tickets to students who read four books as part of The Summer Home Run Readers Program. And that’s not all, two kids 12-years-old and younger get in for free for every adult ticket sold on Monday through Thursday games. And, students who enter their names and schools when purchasing will receive tickets for just $10.

The A’s are also living up to their promise of being “Rooted In Oakland” and deeply involved in their community. Sunday, June 10th is North Bay Day, where victims of the North Bay fires get free tickets to see the Athletics take on the Kansas City Royals.

Oakland Athletics C.O.O Chris Giles joined Carmichael Dave on The Drive this morning to discuss these promotions, and more, in greater detail.
