Going into Week 5 of the NFL, every team in the NFC West is 2-2. The San Francisco 49ers look to come out on the winning side, and hopefully lead the division, as they face off against the Carolina Panthers.

This is the first time since 2016 the team has traveled to Charlotte to take on the Panthers. Carolina holds a slim lead in the all-time series against San Francisco 13-9.

The 49ers and their top-ranked defense will look to hold running back Christian McCaffrey from doing too much damage. Through four games, McCaffrey has rushed for 270 yards, caught 138 yards, and has not fumbled once.

What time does the Week 5 game start?

Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. PST on Sunday, Oct. 9, at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte.

Where can I watch the game?

The game will air live on CBS. Ian Eagle (play-by-play) and Charles Davis (color analyst) will be on the call.
