The San Francisco 49ers beat the Carolina Panthers badly enough that the losses kept piling up for the team the next day.

On Monday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that the Panthers fired coach Matt Rhule.  The Athletic’s Matt Barrows joined The Carmichael Dave Show with Jason Ross on Monday morning to talk about the team’s dominating win. But was the celebration short-lived for the 49ers and all the injury news following Sunday?

Topics discussed include:

  • The team is bracing itself for injuries and hoping for minor injuries following Sunday.
  • How much of an impact does losing Emmanuel Moseley have on the cornerback group?
  • Which players are likely to step up as injuries occur?
  • When the 49ers return from the road, they take on the Chiefs and Rams before going into the bye week. What does the team need to do over the next three weeks?
  • Jimmy Garoppolo’s improvements have been noticeable.
  • The 49ers’ special teams still needs to improve.
  • Why some injured players should look to return in Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs
  • What the Panthers need to do in a post-Matt Rhule world.
