De’Aaron Fox Says The Emphasis At Practice The Last Two Days Has Been Defense
Oct 27, 2022, 8:00 AM
Sacramento Kings guard De’Aaron Fox spoke to the media on Wednesday about head coach Mike Brown’s decision to move Keegan Murray into the starting lineup, the improved spacing with Domantas Sabonis, and recaped the team’s Halloween party.
Fox also spoke about why the emphasis at recent practices has been defense and, especially, transition defense.
The Sacramento Kings entered the 2022-23 season hoping to break a 16-year playoff drought. After hiring Mike Brown as the team’s new coach, the Kings drafted Keegan Murray with the number four overall pick. They continued to make moves over the summer, trading for Kevin Huerter and signing multiple free agents, including guard Malik Monk.
