Defensive linemen Arik Armstead and Samson Ebukam were still not present on the field Thursday at the start of another practice week for the San Francisco 49ers.

Armstead has been dealing with ankle and foot issues for the better part of the regular season. The team revealed that the Sacramento native has a hairline fracture in his left ankle and plantar fascia in his right foot, forcing him to be off the gridiron since Week 4 against the LA Rams.

Meanwhile, Ebukam has been out of the lineup for only one game, suffering a quad injury last week in practice. The defensive end was spotted doing individual work off to the side of the field Thursday.

The 49ers are preparing for Week 11’s matchup against the Arizona Cardinals in Colorado Springs, Colo., this week, helping them deal with the altitude jump Monday night in Mexico City. Everyone appears to be on the field at the Air Force Academy (besides Armstead and Ebukam), including wide receiver Danny Gray, who injured his ankle during pre-game warmups Sunday night against the LA Chargers.

Left tackle Trent Williams and defensive end Nick Bosa were also not present Thursday, presumably getting veteran rest days for the pair.

Defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw has also been a player in question, off the field since re-injuring his surgically-repaired knee during practice after Week 3’s game. Kinlaw did not make the trip to Colorado Springs and will continue his rehab back in Santa Clara.

Cornerback Charvarius Ward was also away from the practice field Thursday due to a personal matter. Head coach Kyle Shanahan is not worried about Ward’s status for Monday night, stating “It’s all good,” after practice.
