The Las Vegas Raiders are getting some offensive firepower back.

Coach Josh McDaniels made the announcement as he spoke with the media Wednesday morning that Darren Waller and Hunter Renfrow have been designated to return from injured reserve.

Waller has been out with a hamstring injury since the team’s Week 5 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. While he attempted to return, the Raiders shut him down for four weeks to give him time to heal. Renfrow dealt with an oblique injury.

Both players will have 21 days now to be activated to the main roster.

“We’ll start the clock today. Again, whether or not that’s going to turn into activating them to the 53 [man roster] this week or not we’ll have to see how the next few days go,” McDaniels said. “Both of them are coming off of injuries. We haven’t really seen them practice in a while…We’re going to get them out there and we’re going to evaluate how it goes. You know, hopeful, but obviously we’re going to let their bodies will tell us a lot as we go through the next three days.”

In four games, Waller has 16 receptions for 175 yards and no touchdowns. Renfrow has played in six games, recording 192 yards and no touchdowns, too.
