The Seahawks enter their playoff matchup with division rival San Francisco in pretty good shape in the health department.

Pete Carroll previews Seahawks’ playoff matchup vs rival 49ers

Yes, Seattle is without defensive starters like safety Jamal Adams (out since Week 1, quad) and linebacker Jordyn Brooks (out since Week 17, ACL) and tight end Will Dissly (out since Week 16, knee), but when it comes to members of the current 53-man roster, only four players are listed on the final injury report of the week. And all four of those players have a shot to play in Santa Clara on Saturday.

Veteran defensive lineman Shelby Harris (knee), right guard Phil Haynes (ankle), running back DeeJay Dallas (ankle/quad) and cornerback Xavier Crawford (hamstring) are all listed as questionable to play. Head coach Pete Carroll sounded optimistic that both Harris and Dallas will play.

“He got back out there today and looked good. We got a good look at him,” Carroll told reporters on Thursday. ” … I do think he’ll play.”

Harris is in his eighth NFL season and this Saturday will be his first career playoff game.

Of Dallas, Carroll said, “He worked really hard today and was a full go.”

Both Harris and Dallas were non-participants on Tuesday and Wednesday. Dallas was inactive last week.

Additionally, strong safety Ryan Neal (knee) has no injury designation for Saturday’s game after missing the Seahawks’ final three games of the regular season.

“He’s back and ready to go,” Carroll said. “He’s been a real active part of what we do … and I’m really happy that he’ll get back. We’ll have a nice little rotation there at that spot if he makes it all the way.”

Receiver Tyler Lockett, who was questionable to play in Week 17 (hand) and Week 18 (shin), also has no injury designation, nor does rookie running back Kenneth Walker III, who didn’t practice on Wednesday due to a listed ankle injury.
