The Associated Press released its NFL All-Pro team, with six players from the 49ers and three from the Raiders making the cut.

The AP implemented a new voting system this year, noting in its story that voters selected a first team (3 points) and a second team (1 point).

The San Francisco 49ers selected for the first team mainly consisted of defensive players: defensive lineman Nick Bosa, linebacker Fred Warner, safety Talanoa Hufanga and left tackle Trent Williams. Tight end George Kittle and safety George Odum made the second-team All-Pro selection.

While Warner and Williams are familiar faces to the All-Pro team, Bosa and Hufanga are first-timers. Bosa finished the year as the NFL’s sack leader with 18.5 whereas Hufanga finished the regular season with 97 tackles, four interceptions, two sacks and two forced fumbles.

All three players named from the Las Vegas Raiders were selected to the All-Pro First team. And for two of the players selected, it’s their first time being recognized on the list.

Receiver Davante Adams was selected to his third All-Pro first team after finishing the season with 1,516 receiving yards, setting a new franchise record.

Josh Jacobs and kicker Daniel Carlson round out the Raiders’ selections. The Raiders running back rushed for 1,653 yards, winning the league’s rushing title. Carlson finished the season with 137 points, tied for third-most in the NFL.

Jacobs told the AP that while the year didn’t go as the team had hoped, “it’s definitely an honor to be selected.”
