The Las Vegas Raiders received one of the highest GPAs in the league following the NFLPA’s report card and survey on team facilities.

Released Wednesday, the report card was created in an effort to help free agents understand each team. In March 2022, the NFLPA sent out a questionnaire to every player on 2022 rosters, asking for input on their current teams.

Out of the 32 NFL teams, the Raiders ranked third, with only the Minnesota Vikings and Miami Dolphins coming in ahead of the Silver and Black. Players responded to the survey that since moving to the desert three years ago, the facilities have been “like Vegas.”

“The workplace is mostly state-of-the-art, and 90% of players believe that club owner Mark Davis is willing to spend money to upgrade the operations if needed, ranking him 20th in this category,” the survey reads.

A total of 1,300 players responded to the survey, which takes a look at family treatment, nutrition, weight room, strength staff, training room, training staff, locker room and travel.

“At this workplace, the lowest graded category was the coaching staff,” the survey reads. “Player respondents felt that head coach Josh McDaniels is less likely to listen to his players and keeps them for longer hours than other head coaches around the league. Longer hours are not correlated to winning, as seven of the top eight coaches rated as being most efficient with their players’ time in the 2022 survey made the playoffs this year.”

The worst-ranked team was the Washington Commanders.

A full look at how the Raiders graded in each category of the NFLPA report card:

– Treatment of families: B (T-12th)
– Food service/nutrition: A- (T-5th)
– Weight room: A+ (T-1st)
– Strength coaches: A+ (T-1st)
– Training room: A (T-4th)
– Training staff: B+ (T-22nd)
– Locker room: A+ (T-1st)
– Team travel: A+ (T-1)
