Rocklin native and San Francisco Giants ace Logan Webb is achieving something this summer only few can lay claim to.

He’s getting his own bobblehead.

Webb’s first-ever Giants bobblehead will be distributed to the first 20,000 fans on Saturday, June 3, when San Francisco takes on the Baltimore Orioles. The bobblehead is one of many promotions the team announced as part of its “Summer Vibes.” The Giants are offering fans interested in attending the game a buy-one-get-one-free offer. The promotion runs through 5 p.m. Sunday, May 28.

“With Summer Vibes, we are continuing to prove that there is truly nothing like Giants baseball,” Rachel Heit, San Francisco Giants chief marketing officer, said in the press release announcing giveaways and promotions for June. “We are actively listening to our fans and know they believe a day at Oracle Park is one of the best ways to enjoy summer with friends and family.”

Additional promotions and giveaways announced include:

  • Gigantes Replica Jersey, presented by Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, on Sunday, June 4 against the Baltimore Orioles. The first 20,000 fans will receive a jersey that “elicits the pride and recognition of the contributions the Latino community has made on the Giants organization and sport at-large.”
  • The first 20,000 fans on Saturday., June 10, will receive a San Francisco Giants Pride jersey when the team takes on the Chicago Cubs.
  • The first 20,000 fans on Sunday, June 11, will receive a trucker hat that “highlights the iconic Giants ballpark.”

The team also announced free summer concerts on select Friday through the end of the season, a drone tribute show to Bay Area hip-hop on Friday, June 9, and more non-baseball events that’ll take place at Oracle Park.
