Josh McDaniels provided some positive updates about two Las Vegas Raiders wide receivers Monday.

Davante Adams left Sunday’s 38-10 loss late in the fourth game after a hit to the side of his helmet. The moment was reminiscent of what fellow receiver Jakobi Meyers experienced a week prior. Meyers was ruled out for Week 2 after being placed in concussion protocol.

The All-Pro receiver hauled in six receptions for 84 yards and the team’s lone touchdown before exiting the game. While speaking to the media, McDaniels said Adams is good.

“Jakobi is just going through the process in terms of coming back. I’m not going to say anything about where I feel like that is or isn’t yet cause I could be wrong quickly,” McDaniels said, adding Meyers is heading in the right direction and “we’ll see how this week goes.”

Meyers, in his Raiders debut, caught nine balls for 81 yards and two touchdowns in Week 1’s win over the Denver Broncos.

Josh McDaniels and the Raiders head back to Sin City after two weeks on the road to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in their home opener on Sunday Night Football.
