Sam Amick expects the Sacramento Kings to remain aggressive post-draft

It’s no secret that the Sacramento Kings are looking to make a big swing this summer.

While no deals for Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma or Brooklyn Nets forward Cam Johnson came to fruition during the first round of the 2024 NBA Draft on Wednesday night, that doesn’t mean the offseason is over for Kings general manager Monte McNair.

When is the next NBA off-season date of interest?

The NBA Draft is now a two-night event.

Wednesday, June 26th, will be the first night of the 2024 NBA Draft. The second round will be held on Thursday, June 27th, and the Kings will use their 45th overall pick.

Sacramento hasn’t had a first-round pick since 2022, when it selected Iowa product Keegan Murray with the fourth overall pick.
