MMA Star Gabi Garcia Misses Target Weight By 27 Pounds [VIDEO]

Gabi Garcia had a very embarrassing weigh-in this week…

TMZ Sports is reporting that the MMA star was at the Rizin Fighting Federation event in Japan and weighed in at 237 pounds.

While this may not seem bad in itself, it unfortunately was 27 lbs over her target weight. It also made her a solid 75 pounds heavier than her opponent, Shinobu Kandori.

Kandori probably felt that Garcia was purposefully offending her with that weigh in, however. She left the stage in a huff while screaming that Garcia is a “disgrace.”

Although it’s unknown if the fight is still taking place, we highly doubt it.

One last tidbit: according to TMZ, the UFC record for missing weight is 11 pounds.
