Just last week, Chapman and teammate Matt Olson were awarded Golden Glove honors at both infield corners in the American League.
Chapman finished first in the league in defensive runs saved (29) and SDI (21.9) as well as 8th in UZR (10.9) and 9th in FRAA (14.8). Those are the four major advanced metrics for fielding.
The Athletics organization has been raking in the awards, as Billy Beane was also named Executive of the Year.
