Three To Watch: NFL Week 2

Minnesota Vikings (1-0) at Green Bay Packers (1-0)

Kirk Cousins will make his debut in this NFC North rivalry Sunday after impressing in his Viking debut. Against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 1, Cousins threw for 244 yards and two touchdowns in Minnesota’s 24-16 win. The Vikings defense impressed forcing four turnovers, including an interception by Harrison Smith and a pick-six from Mike Hughes. Sunday could be a different story as they will be facing Aaron Rodgers. After suffering a knee injury against the Chicago Bears, Rodgers shredded Chicago’s defense leading the Packers to a 24-23 win at home.

New England Patriots (1-0) at Jacksonville Jaguars (1-0)

In a re-match of last season AFC Championship game, Tom Brady and the Patriots will look to do the same as last January and defeat the Jaguars. This time the game is in Jacksonville and will give the Jaguars the presumed home-field advantage. Led by Jalen Ramsey, the Jaguars pass defense looked as good as last season when they held the New York Giants to just 210 passing yards but allowed the Giants to rush for 114. The biggest question mark going into this matchup is the health of Leonard Fournette. Fournette had to exited last weeks game due to a hamstring injury and is questionable for Week 2.

Kansas City Chiefs (1-0) at Pittsburgh Steelers (0-0-1)

Coming off a disappoint tie against the Cleveland Browns, the Steelers will host the upstart Chiefs. Patrick Mahomes impressed in his second career start where he threw four touchdowns against the Los Angeles Chargers. Ben Roethlisberger  struggled last week against the Browns, throwing three interceptions and lost two fumbles. The Chiefs struggled against the pass last week, allowing the Chargers to throw for 418 yards.
