Andrew Landry has secured his first PGA Tour victory. Landry won the Valero Texas Open in San Antonio on Sunday.

According to the Los Angeles Times, he parred the last seven holes for a four-under 68 and a two-stroke victory over both Trey Mullinax and Sean O’Hair.

Landry, 30, is a brand new father and competed after a month off. He said: “It was obviously a tough week this week. Going into the last few weeks with the childbirth and just really getting back out.”

His family was there to celebrate his win. Landy continued, “It was pretty special to be able to snag a victory with everybody being here to share it.”

Landry has earned $1,116,000 and a spot in the Masters next year.
