The Las Vegas Raiders better make some coaching decisions soon before they lose two important members of their staff.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Titans are set to meet with Raiders interim coach Antonio Pierce this weekend. AP finished his tenure with Las Vegas with a 5-4 record.

“If the Raiders don’t do it, I would not be surprised one bit if someone else does, mostly because here is a coach who’s never been a head coach but has proven that he could be,” Rapoport said on The Insiders Friday. “I would say if he’s going to be [the Raiders] guy, they should probably do it sooner than later.”

Along with the possibility of losing Pierce, the Los Angeles Chargers also announced they’ve interviewed Raiders defensive coordinator Patrick Graham. For the first time since 2002, the Raiders defense finished a season within the top 10 for points allowed per game with 19.5.

Current players are making sure Mark Davis knows who they want, with edge rusher Maxx Crosby voicing his support for Antonio Pierce on X Friday morning. Rapoport added that he’s heard Crosby is “drawing a line in the sand” for the team’s next coach.

The latest on the general manager search

Rapoport also reported on Friday that the Raiders will take the weekend to continue speaking to general manager candidates. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported that Las Vegas has already spoken with Denver Broncos executive Kelly Kleine Van Calligan for the role.
