The Baltimore Orioles have come under fire this week in light of the suspension of play-by-play broadcaster Kevin Brown.

Brown was reportedly suspended in late July for sharing a stat highlighting the Orioles’ struggles against the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field. The response to Brown’s suspension has created an uproar of criticism towards Baltimore ownership, with countless calling for the immediate return of Brown to the broadcast booth.

Former Sacramento Kings broadcaster Jim Kozimor joined Whitey & Watkins on Tuesday afternoon to talk about Brown’s suspension, share some stories of when he went through a similar ordeal during his career, and much more.
