Domantas Sabonis continues to make 20-rebound games look easy.

The Sacramento Kings’ center secured 21 rebounds during Wednesday’s 134-120 win over the Los Angeles Lakers, marking the big man’s second-straight game with 20 boards or more.

Sabonis’ 21 rebounds were part of a triple-double stat line that included 13 points and 12 assists as the 26-year-old’s All-Star campaign continued in style.

The big man became the first player with 75 rebounds and 30 assists over a four-game span since Wes Unseld did so in 1970. The only other players to accomplish that feat are Elgin Baylor, Wilt Chamberlain, Bill Russell & Maurice Stokes, per Elias Sports Bureau.

The Sacramento Kings entered the 2022-23 season hoping to break a 16-year playoff drought. After hiring Mike Brown as the team’s new coach, the Kings drafted Keegan Murray with the number four overall pick. They continued to make moves over the summer, trading for Kevin Huerter and signing multiple free agents, including guard Malik Monk.
