Kevin Huerter on Golden 1 Center: ‘There are not a lot of places like this.’

Sacramento Kings guard Kevin Huerter spoke to the media following Wednesday’s blowout win over the Indiana Pacers.
The 24-year-old discussed what went right for the Kings during the 137-114 blowout as seven players finished in double-figures. Huerter also talked about how unique Golden 1 Center’s atmosphere has been during the season’s early stages and much more.
Huerter broke an 0-of-11 streak from three-point range during the win as the guard finished the night with 13 points and five rebounds on five-of-10 shooting from the field over 27 minutes of action.

The Sacramento Kings entered the 2022-23 season hoping to break a 16-year playoff drought. After hiring Mike Brown as the team’s new coach, the Kings drafted Keegan Murray as the number four overall pick. They continued to make moves over the summer, trading for Kevin Huerter and signing multiple free agents, including guard Malik Monk.
