On Thursday, the Sacramento Kings released their schedule for the 2023-24 season.

Legendary Sacramento Kings broadcaster, coach, and general manager Jerry Reynolds joined Whitey & Watkins Friday to share his thoughts on how the schedule plays out. While some people may point to the start of the season being road-heavy, Jerry focused on the end of the year and how that can be beneficial for the Kings.

“Just the way it ends, with 11 of 14 at home. If they can get off to just a decent start, then they’re in great shape going forward, especially at the end when you’re looking for positioning,” Reynolds said.
