Jordan Ford on how meaningful it would be to sign with the Kings

As Jordan Ford continues to pick apart defenses, the guard sat down with Sactown Sports 1140 to talk about his performance thus far with the Sacramento Kings’ Las Vegas Summer League squad.

Ford, a Folsom native that attended Saint Mary’s College, spent the 2022-23 season with Sacramento’s G-League affiliate, the Stockton Kings.

Over 32 appearances with Stockton, Ford averaged 14.7 points, 4.8 assists, and 1.0 steals per game while shooting 50 percent from the field, 40 percent from three-point range, and 80 percent from the three-point line.

The 25-year-old is currently putting the finishing touches on a Summer League run with the Kings that has fans buzzing about the possibility of the local product joining the NBA club on a two-way deal.

Ford has scored 16.2 points and handed out 5.2 assists per game while shooting 50 percent from the field during four Las Vegas Summer League Games.
