Las Vegas Raiders coach Josh McDaniels used Wednesday to provide more information about injuries plaguing the team.
The team released its first injury report heading into their game against Houston. Tight end Darren Waller did not participate Wednesday. Waller missed the Week 5 matchup against the Chiefs with a hamstring issue, something he was dealing with during the offseason.
When asked if Waller will be back, McDaniels said, “yes, that’s not a prediction.”
Players who were limited included: Jayon Brown (hamstring), TE Foster Moreau (knee), and WR Mack Hollins (heel).

During his press conference, McDaniels also said guys, coming out of the Bye Week, are excited, practicing with urgency and consistency.
“I really love the attitude and demeanor of our team. I think our captains have set a great example for that. And that’s what I think they expect of the locker room, and I think that’s what they’re going to get, don’t think there needs to be a radical change and shift in everything,” McDaniels said. “Like I said, I think it’s a process. We’re focusing on that. I think our players have done a great job of doing that. We’re trying to do that as coaches too and remain consistent. And then ultimately, we’ll get better and continue to improve, and then the best football you have hopefully you’re going to play in the last month or two of the season. That’s the goal. So, I think that’s what we’re going to see today.”
