The Las Vegas Raiders announced Wednesday they’ve signed unrestricted free-agent cornerback David Long Jr.

Long Jr. spent his first four years in the league with the Los Angeles Rams. Selected in the third round of the 2019 Draft, he appeared in 52 games and recorded 75 tackles, one interception and seven passes defensed.

Jordan Schultz of TheScore.com reports the deal is for one year. The terms of the deal were not released.

David Long Jr. isn’t the first cornerback to leave Los Angeles this offseason. The Rams recently traded All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey to the Miami Dolphins. The Rams also released linebackers Bobby Wagner and Leonard Floyd in moves that point to a remodel for LA.
