“Negotiations are sometimes going to be acrimonious, sometimes are going to be extremely easy and sometimes it’s going to be right in-between,” Mark Jones said Thursday. “I wasn’t surprised [by the Mike Brown reports], I wasn’t disappointed. I just think at some point it’s going to play its’ way out as it’s meant to be, it usually does in this business.”
