Mark Schlereth, NFL broadcaster with Fox Sports and host “Schlereth and Evans” alongside Mike Evans on Denver’s 104.3 FM The Fan, joined Cattles & Ramie on Tuesday to talk about the Sean Payton hire in Denver, the Raiders’ interest in Packers’ QB Aaron Rodgers, his favorite music genre, and much more.

“Yeah absolutely,” Schlereth said when asked if the Raiders should pursue Rodgers. “His connection with [Raiders wide receiver] Davante Adams is ridiculous. You saw the effects of not having Davante with Aaron last year in Green Bay. They are just so good, especially in critical situations.”

Topics discussed:

  • Mark’s favorite genre of music
  • How has the Sean Payton hire been received?
  • Can Payton fix Russell Wilson and the Broncos?
  • How big of a hire is Steve Wilks for the 49ers?
  • How he sees the Super Bowl going this Sunday?
  • Why the Eagles are a better football team
  • Would you go after Aaron Rodgers if you’re the Raiders?
  • How special is the Rodgers-Adams pairing?
