Four weeks into the 2023 NFL season, the San Francisco 49ers look like a juggernaut that can contend for a Super Bowl title.
The Athletic’s Matt Barrows joined The Carmichael Dave Show with Jason Ross on Monday morning to recap the 49ers’ win over the Arizona Cardinals, break down Christian McCaffrey’s dominant start to the season, and much more!

McCaffrey etched his name into the record books on Sunday as the ballcarrier became the first 49er to score a touchdown in 13 straight games, breaking the record held by Jerry Rice (12). McCaffrey also broke 49ers great Garrison Hearst’s record last week, rushing for the most yards through the first three weeks of a season (353).
Purdy was also on the money Sunday, going 20 for 21 passing. A 95% clip is the highest number since Joe Montana did it in 1987. He also had two total TDs and a 134.6 QB rating.
