Athletics Place Sean Manaea On Disabled List

The Oakland Athletics have placed LHP Sean Manaea on the 10-day disabled list with a left shoulder impingement and have recalled RHP Emilio Pagan from Triple-A Nashville.

Manaea last pitched on August 24, where he went five innings allowing five hits and one unearned run in a 7-1 win. On the season he is 12-9 with a 3.59 ERA. Pagan is 3-0 on the season with a 3.71 ERA in 45 appearances on the season. He last pitched for the Athletics August 19 against the Houston Astros but was optioned to Triple-A Nashville to make room for Chris Bassitt.
