NBA Insider and reporter for Clutch Points Brett Siegel joined Allen Stiles and Chris Watkins on Wednesday’s edition of Stiles and Watkins to discuss the latest with Brooklyn’s Cameron Johnson and Dorian Finney-Smith.
According to Siegel, the Nets are hoping to get a first-round pick for either Cameron Johnson or Dorian Finney-Smith. At the same time, he does not expect that reported value to be met.
The current state of the Sacramento Kings is lacking quality forwards and wings after moving on from Harrison Barnes in the sign-and-trade for guard DeMar DeRozan.
Sacramento may be paying the price of two first-rounders for either Finney-Smith or Johnson, but if that were to be lowered, then it could make sense for them to make an addition of that sort.
When is the next Sacramento Kings offseason date of interest?
The dog days of the NBA offseason have arrived.
Sacramento will continue to look to add to its roster before players report for training camp at the end of September. The Kings currently have two open roster spots that General Manager Monte McNair will have to fill in the coming weeks and months.
