The Drive Guys, Kevin “Whitey” Gleason and Kyle Draper, play-by-play broadcaster for the Sacramento Kings, were joined by former Kings’ head coach and general manager Jerry Reynolds to discuss the current state of the roster and their placement in the Western Conference.

While speaking with Reynolds, the guys discussed how much of Monday’s 130-129 loss to the Nuggets had to do with unideal availability compared to a lack of execution.

Brown seems to be doing all he can — especially considering the fact that Keegan Murray, Kevin Huerter, Trey Lyles, and Devin Carter were all unavailable — but is this just simply the reality of Sacramento’s roster construction?

Jerry Reynolds discussed that with The Drive Guys, along with plenty of other topics surrounding the 24-25 Kings roster and their early start to the season.

When is the next game for De’Aaron Fox and the Sacramento Kings?

Sacramento will continue a five-game homestand on Thursday night in the first of two straight games against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Earlier this season on October 26th, the Kings fell short in Los Angeles, losing to the Lakers by a final of 131-127 as LeBron James took over in the fourth quarter (16 points, five rebounds, six assists in the period).

Be sure to catch all of the Kings vs. Lakers action right here on Sactown Sports 1140 AM, with pregame coverage starting at 2:00 PM PT on The Drive Guys before action tips off at 7:00 PM PT from downtown Sacramento.
