Report: Isaiah Crawford agrees to two-way deal with the Houston Rockets

Former Sacramento Kings player Isaiah Crawford has agreed to a two-way deal with the Houston Rockets, per Michael Scotto.

A former Sacramento Kings two-way player has found a new NBA home after just one season in California’s capital.

According to HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto, Isaiah Crawford has agreed to a two-way contract with the Houston Rockets.

After going undrafted in 2024 out of Louisiana Tech, the 23-year-old averaged 13.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.6 assists last season while shooting 47.1 percent from the field and 40.1 percent from three in 37 games for Stockton.

Averaging a significant 31.5 in the G-League, the 3&D prospect also managed 1.3 blocks and 1.2 steals per night.

Spotrac’s Keith Smith added that Crawford became available after Sacramento withdrew the two-way qualifying offer for the young forward.

It may not be a coincidence that new Sacramento general manager Scott Perry withdrew the offer following the 2K26 Las Vegas Summer League.

Through six games, Vegas, Crawford tallied 3.2 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 0.7 assists while playing just 13.7 minutes. Keep in mind, former GM Monte McNair was the one to bring Crawford in, not Perry.

Sacramento currently has two of their three two-way spots filled by Isaiah Stevens and undrafted big man Dylan Cardwell.

As rosters continue to take shape around the league, Perry could wait to see who else is waived before filling that final spot.
