The 2025 NBA trade deadline has passed, with the Sacramento Kings adding Zach LaVine, Jonas Valanciunas, and Jake LaRavia.

General manager Monte McNair had a busy week, sending out De’Aaron Fox, Kevin Huerter, Colby Jones, and Alex Len in exchange for the above players and notable future draft capital.

It’s a new era in Sacramento, with hopes that the roster differences can help them trend upwards with 32 games left in the 24-25 season.

Sacramento’s roster as of Feb. 6th at 1 p.m. PST:

Malik Monk
Zach LaVine
DeMar DeRozan
Keegan Murray
Domantas Sabonis
Devin Carter
Keon Ellis
Jake LaRavia
Trey Lyles
Jonas Valanciunas
Doug McDermott
Jae Crowder
Isaac Jones (TW)
Mason Jones (TW)
Isaiah Crawford (TW)

They have three remaining roster spots, with the expectation that Isaac Jones will have his two-way contract converted to a standard deal. He’s approaching the limit of his NBA eligibility on a two-way deal.

Doug Christie has a challenging task trying to get this roster to continue climbing the Western Conference, where they currently sit tied for 9th (25-25).

The Sacramento Kings made their third and final move just minutes prior to Thursday’s noon trade deadline, adding Jake LaRavia from the Jake LaRavia.

Chris Haynes was first with the news, but Marc Stein clarified that the Kings are sending out Colby Jones, Alex Len, and a 2028 second-round pick in the deal.

After years of poor forward depth, general manager Monte McNair finally added some sizeable depth at that position.
