Stephen Curry Breaks 3-Pointer Record In Game 2

Game 2 of the NBA Finals secured Stephen Curry’s statues as the greatest shooter in NBA history. He set an NBA Finals record, knocking down nine 3-pointers in Game 2.

As the shot clock was winding down and Golden State was trying to get ahead, Curry pulled through in the fourth quarter.

As you can see in the video below, he made that 3-pointer look effortless.

Curry hit another 3-pointer, later on in the fourth, to set the NBA Finals record and completely bury the  Cleveland Cavs.

Curry finished Game 2 with 33 points on 11 of 26 shooting, including 9 of 17 from downtown. He dished out eight assists and grabbed seven board, per CBS Sports.

The Warriors now lead 2-0 in the series with Game 2 ending in a final score of 122-103.

If Curry keeps this going, Golden State will go on to win the championship, then there’s going to be a very strong case for him to be named Finals MVP.
