If you’ve listened to my show for any length of time, you know I love the Old Takes Exposed account on twitter. If you’re not familiar, you should rectify that immediately.

Started by a friend of a friend of mine (Fred Segal, an attorney), the account takes “hot takes” from talk radio donkeys, journalists, etc, and retweets them when they’re horrifically wrong. Some of these donkeys take great exception with this practice, which is a sure fire way of seeing who takes themselves too seriously, and who doesn’t. I love it.

With the start of the NFL season here, Fred gathered up a few tremendously hot (and bad) takes. I present a few of them to you in hopes that you will follow this account like it deserves:
