While not as high as last year’s grade, the Las Vegas Raiders still ranked among the Top 10 for the latest NFLPA report card grades.

The report card was created in March 2022, to help free agents understand each team. Just like in years past, the NFLPA sent out a questionnaire to every player on 2023 rosters, with 1,706 players providing input on their current teams. Last year, the Raiders ranked third in the league. This year, they rank ninth.

New to the report card this year are questions about the head coach, owner, and dietician/nutritionist. Las Vegas received four A grades, four B grades, and two C grades. Players ranked the Silver & Black’s weight room as the third best in the league, giving it an A+.

The Raiders’ lone D grade came from the head coaching position. The survey was delivered while Josh McDaniels was still the head coach.

“The Las Vegas Raiders facilities rate at or near the top of the NFL in nearly every category and remain a great facility for players to work at,” the report card reads. “The club’s shortcomings were tied directly to players’ opinions about their former head coach, Josh McDaniels. The responding players’ strong negative assessment of the former head coach significantly brought down the club’s overall ranking. The hope is that newly hired head coach Antonio Pierce will create a better working environment to match the top-of-the line facilities in Las Vegas.”
