BREAKING: Robert Griffin III Signs With The Baltimore Ravens

Free-agent quarterback Robert Griffin III (28) has agreed to a one-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens after being out of the NFL since 2016. The Ravens announced signing Griffin via Twitter.

Free-agent quarterback Robert Griffin III (28) has agreed to a one-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens after being out of the NFL since 2016.

On Wednesday morning, the Ravens announced signing Griffin via Twitter.

Per Sports Illustrated, due to injuries Griffin was limited to playing five games with the Cleveland Browns in 2016 and was under center for the Browns only win in the past two seasons.

Dating back in December, Griffin has said he ‘turned down pervious offers from the Ravens and Cardinals.’

Aside from Griffin, Josh Woodrum is the only other quarterback on Baltimore’s roster.
