The San Francisco 49ers continued to add depth and experience on both sides of the ball this week, making another pair of one-year roster moves as the team looks to solidify its depth heading into the next phase of the offseason.

With competition set to ramp up across training camp, San Francisco is targeting versatile veterans who can step into multiple roles and provide immediate rotational value.

To that end, the 49ers have signed cornerback Jack Jones and defensive lineman Cameron Sample to one-year deals.
