Update: 49ers Kittle, Samuel ACTIVE against Cowboys
Reports emerged that the 49ers expect both Deebo Samuel and George Kittle to suit Sunday night against the Cowboys.

Update: After much speculation all week, the 49ers will indeed have both George Kittle and Deebo Samuel on the field for Sunday Night Football.
The San Francisco 49ers announced its’ inactives for Week 8, leaving the two playmakers off the list. While both progressed well from ailments during the practice week, a pre-game warmup was still needed for final determination.
In the end, both Kittle and Samuel got the green light, suiting up for a showdown with the Dallas Cowboys. Cornerback Deommodore Lenoir is also active for Week 8, battling an late-week illness.

Despite the questionable tags leading into Week 8, it appears the 49ers will have both George Kittle and Deebo Samuel against the Cowboys Sunday night.
Reports emerged Saturday night that both San Francisco 49ers playmakers are expected to play in Week 8. Both Kittle and Samuel were listed as questionable for the team Friday, but finished the practice week logging consecutive practices. Now less than 24 prior, both men appear set to play on Sunday Night Football.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the news first about Samuel, then Kittle hours later. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport backed up the report shortly thereafter.

George Kittle, 31, is dealing with a foot sprain, missing Wednesday’s practice due to the injury. He returned to the field Thursday, logging back-to-back practices to put himself in prime position to play Sunday.
Meanwhile, Deebo Samuel, 28, is battling a wrist injury and an illness. The star wide receiver was hospitalized due to pneumonia after fluid was found in his lungs following Week 7’s loss. After also missing Wednesday’s practice, Samuel finished the practice week strong with consecutive days on the field. The 49ers are optimistic that Samuel can play in Week 8 but will take it up to. game-time decision as his stamina returns.
“It’s gotten better each day. We’ve gone slow with him, we didn’t push him that hard knowing what the issue is and stuff. But it has gone better each day and that’s why I’m hoping that continues for Sunday,” 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said Friday.
