Last season, the 49ers won both regular season games against Seattle and defeated the Seahawks 41-23 during the NFC Wild Card round.

San Francisco will face Seattle near the end of the 2023 regular season with just over two weeks separating the games (November 23rd in Seattle and December 10th at Levis Stadium).
