“Throughout the week, the A’s will continue to support the local community through events and donations to nonprofit partners,” the team said in its press release. The A’s will surprise local middle school, high school, and college baseball and softball teams with lunch, A’s swag, equipment, and a donation to their athletic program. The A’s will also make a donation and host breakfast at a local elementary school.”
