Major League Baseball released next year’s regular season schedule for all 30 teams Thursday. So Oakland Athletics fans, let’s look ahead to the 2024 schedule since 2023 looks to be already done.
The A’s open the 2024 season at the Coliseum on Thursday, March 28, with a four-game series against the Cleveland Guardians.
For only the second time in franchise history, the A’s will face all 15 National League teams in one season. National League teams that will visit the Coliseum include the Washington Nationals, St. Louis Cardinals, Pittsburgh Pirates, Miami Marlins, Colorado Rockies, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Milwaukee Brewers.
Mark your calendars 📅 the 2024 schedule is here!

And for baseball fans who like to see both Bay Area teams face off, you’ll have multiple opportunities. Both the A’s and San Francisco Giants wrap up spring training with exhibition games, first in Oakland on March 25 and then the next day in San Francisco. The Bay Bridge series is scheduled for July 30-31 in San Francisco and then the Oakland Athletics host the Giants on Aug. 17-18.
The biggest question for many A’s fans though, is whether this will be the last season the team plays in Oakland. The A’s lease with the Oakland Coliseum ends after the 2024 season. That’s a problem because if the team relocates, the proposed Las Vegas stadium isn’t expected to be complete until 2028.
