Hour 1

Segment 3: The guys chat about the A’s starting rotation and whether Trevor Cahill is a viable road option if the team makes the playoffs.

Segment 4: NBA rule changes are coming! How will they impact play? Kyle and Charles discuss.

Hour 2

Segment 1: Kyle and Charles discuss the fallout from Melifonwu’s release, Reggie McKenzie’s future, and whether he’s earned enough leeway to spend another draft with Oakland.

Segment 2: Threefer Madness! How many games until the new hostile act rules in the NBA are enacted on Draymond Green? Is Reggie McKenzie the Raiders GM this time next year? What’s Chuck’s record prediction for the Raiders this year?

Segment 3: Sean Salisbury of SportsTalk 790 in Houston joins the show to talk about the changing QB play in the NFL, and his evaluation of some the game’s top young QBs.

Hour 3

Segment 1: The Athletic’s Eno Sarris joins the show to chat about the A’s and why they’re good, and what might be their demise.

Segment 2: Kenny Thomas hops in studio to discuss some of his upcoming events around Sacramento.
