Raiders, Richie Incognito Agree to 1-Year Contract

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Oakland (Las Vegas) Raiders have agreed to a one-year contract with former Buffalo Bills guard Richie Incognito, who recently changed his mind after announcing his retirement in April.
Back in 2015 with the Miami Dolphins, Incognito was involved is a significant bullying and harassment scandal, where the then-29-year-old verbally abused teammate Jonathan Martin to the point of leaving the team and checking into a mental hospital.
