The Las Vegas Raiders have signed Keelan Cole to the active roster.
According to a press release from the team, the move comes after placing wide receiver DJ Turner on the reserve/injured list.
During the offseason, the Raiders signed Cole to their practice squad after initially releasing him as teams met the 53-man roster limit.
Keelan Cole came into the league as an undrafted free agent in 2017 with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Since then, he’s played in nearly 80 games, totalling 2,691 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns.
The Raiders also announced the signings of center Billy Price and cornerback Nickell Robey-Coleman to the practice squad. Price is a former first-round pick, playing 58 games for the New York Giants. Robey-Coleman is a 9-year veteran who has previously played for the Los Angeles Rams, Philadelphia Eagles, Detroit Lions, and Buffalo Bills.
